
In a child custody investigation, the investigator / private detective conducts verifications and supervisions of the activities of a parent, babysitter, educator etc. in which our client’s children are involved. The objectives of the investigation are getting the information and documentation work done on the subject investigated, according to the needs and requests of our client or their lawyer. We document the following activities of the subject investigated, which could endanger the health or the physical / psychological development of the child:
- Alcohol or drug use by the subject investigated (parent, babysitter, teacher etc);
- Driving a vehicle in which there is a minor child without the specially designed seat;
- Driving a vehicle in which there are children after having consumed alcohol;
- Involving the child in an unhealthy or unsafe situation;
- Violation of the rules of visiting the child by a parent;
- The affiliation of the investigated subject to criminal groups or groups and organizations that may prejudice the safety or the physical and mental health of the child;
- Physical or psychological abuse against children;
- Fights, physical / psychological abuse between parents in front of the child;
- Checking and locating parents who evade the obligation to pay alimony or aliment expenditures established by law;
- Checking and supervising the minors’ entourage;
- Evidence on behavior and entourage of minors;
- Investigations on deviant behavior of minors (public behavior, drugs and alcohol, violence, addictions, joining gangs or religious sects, prostitution, possession of unjustified goods and money).
At the end of the investigation we provide investigative reports on the outcome of the activities performed, as well as videos that can be used as evidence in court proceedings.
